For locals wondering why you can't reach us this weekend (you don't read to the end of those witty emails do you? ::snort::) and if we will be back for United Pick up tonight....YES WE WILL.

WE ARE NOW PACKING, SHOWERING AND HOPE TO HIT THE ROAD IN 57 MINUTES. WE WILL BE BACK TO MEET THE SEMI.

Monday - 65 min AMT - 780 calories
Tuesday - 30 min AMT 350 cal; 35 min bike - 200 cal - 550 calories
Wednesday - 5 min Ell 50 cal; 60 min AMT 730 cal - total 780 calories
Thursday - 65 min AMT 762 calories
Friday - Monday Playing at Six Flags, Museum of Art, Downtown Dallas

Weekly Totals -

Weight: I'm using the scale at the gym which isn't quite accurate as I don't weigh the same time each day, but I think it is more accurate than the scale at home.
