FAMILY FUN – Treasure Hunt

Are you looking for an activity besides movies and popcorn for Family Fun Night? Krista made this up for us. Yesterday, the younger ones made team flags.

Today when Josiah got off work we divided into two cars and went out to find our treasure – or act like fools while having fun!!! It was a blast. Photos will follow…..lots of photos.

Here are our instructions.

~Make a three person pyramid a block from home. The person on top has to drink a can of pop.

~Eat a bag of bunnies (or goldfish – you know the CRACKERS).

~Get a picture at Chick-Fil-A.

~Get a picture in front of 4 restaurants that each represents different food nationalities.

~Climb a tree and take a picture (2 people have to be in the tree).

~Get a picture with a movie star.

~Take the goofiest picture you can.

~Take the best looking picture possible.

~Soak you head in water of some sort (can’t be from home).

~Sing I’m A Little Teapot in the middle of the side walk.

~Get a picture within 5ft of wildlife (live).

~Get a coin from the 80’s.

~Collect 10 pieces of litter.

~Take a picture on a horse.

Sounds very fun! Although living in the boonies we'd need to change quite a bit of the things to do but that is half the fun. I've never seen a chick-fil-a and had never heard of one before SHS and we'd have to go quite far to find 4 restaurants or even a sidewalk! The wildlife would not be a problem at all VBG. Oh and for crackers we like guppies have you tried those ones I think they are all "good" ingredients?

This sounds like so much fun! We'd have to change quite a few things, but what a great family activity! We'll have to get working on a list of our own!

Really, Renee? I consider us to be fairly boring. :::snort:::

I'm going to start thinking "youth group" for ideas for family fun night.
